Tired of filling forms at IITD?
This is an attempt at compiling all student data into a single database.

Filling of section one of this form is compulsory for all freshers. All other questions in the form are optional.
Note that you have to enter your iitd.ac.in email ID to fill the form. Do not use your personal email ID to fill the form.
Once the database is complete, it will be publicly visible and downloadable as .csv (which is supported by all spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Open Office Calc etc.)
Users who create forms in the future will be able to seamlessly integrate all your data (name, hostel, contact details etc.) into the responses collected using easy to use tools such as VLOOKUP in Excel. You can contact us if you face any issues in the same.
